With the football season still suspended due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) disease, we throwback to Asante Kotoko’s shocking 2-1 defeat to Asokwa Deportivo in the Round of 64 of the MTN FA Cup competition.
The two clubs locked horns at the Obuasi Len Clay Sports Stadium on February 23, 2020, to seek qualification to the Round of 32.
After a very entertaining encounter, it was Asokwa Deportivo that carried the day after showing a good can-do spirit.
