Inter Allies has named Richmond Lamptey as their new captain just a few days to the start of the 2019/2020 Ghana Premier League season.
The hardworking midfielder completed a transfer to the Tema-based club 3 years ago after he had ended his stay with West Africa Football Academy (WAFA).
Since his arrival, he has shown commitment to the club and is currently one of the experienced lads in the Inter Allies squad that will be battling with 17 other teams in the upcoming season.
According to club Technical Director Willie Klutse, they are delighted to announce Richmond Lamptey as their new captain for their campaign in the Ghana Premier League.
“Richmond has the respect of his teammates and we’re extremely proud to name him as our captain for the season”, he said as quoted on the club’s official website.
