Range Rover partners Achimota Golf Club for Accra Open Tournament

Alliance Motors Ghana, the official distributor of Jaguar and Land Rover in Ghana, has strike partnership with Achimota Golf Club, to launch the Range Rover Velar at the UMB Accra Open Golf Tournament slated for 7-10 December 2017.

The tournament, which would bring golfers from almost all golf clubs in Ghana to the Achimota golf course, would take place at the Achimota golf course, would see the new addition to the range rover family 'Range Rover Velar' unveiled on the final day of the tournament.

In a release copied to the GNA Sports, there would be a grand prize of a Range Rover velar to be awarded to a golfer, who achieves the winning shot of 'Land Rover Hole in One'.

According to Mr Kwadwo Adjabeng, Sales Manager, Alliance Motors Ghana 'The Accra Open is one of the premier golf events in West Africa making it a perfect platform to launch the Range Rover Velar in Ghana.

'The Velar offers levels of luxury, refinement and all-terrain capability, that Accra Open participants would be thrilled to experience, having the Velar as the Grand Prize in the Hole in One competition would bring another level of excitement to the event'.

Mr. Adjabeng further noted that the 'Range Rover Velar brings a new dimension of presence, modernity and minimalist design to the Range Rover family, which is created from a clean sheet using Jaguar Land Rover's Lightweight Aluminum Architecture and also represents the next chapter of the Range Rover success story as Britain's biggest luxury export.

The Velar's Ghana and Sub-Saharan launch follows inspired global launch events in London, Paris and Milan.
