Dutch Eredivisie side NEC Nijmegen and ADO Den Haag are in a tag of war over highly-rated Ghanaian youth forward Felicia Lovette Ofori, Ghanasoccernet.com has learnt.
Lovette, 21, is currently limited to team B action at Sparta Rotterdam II where he's been scoring classy goals.
The talented forward scored a spectacular drive on Saturday under the watch of scouts from Den Haag and NEC Nijmegen.
Sparta appear unwilling to graduate the promising striker to their first team squad.
NEC and Den Haag believe Felicia possesses what it takes to play regularly in the top-flight and are both plotting to engage Sparta for his signature.
However, GSN sources in the Netherlands reveal Sparta might hold on to the striker who is a priced asset at the club.
Felicia has scored 7 goals in 15 appearances for Sparta II this term.
He was born to Ghanaian parents in the Netherlands and holds a Dutch passport but has expressed interest in representing Ghana at international level.
