Hearts of Oak have completed the signing of former Wa All Stars left-back Joshua Otoo ahead of the 2016 Ghana Premier League.
Otoo completed his move to the Accra giants as free agent on Wednesday after signing a three-year deal and he has already started training with the former Premier League champions.
'Yes I have signed for Hearts of Oak and it is a three year deal,' Otoo told Pulse.com.gh.
' Hearts of Oak have always been my dream club and I'm happy to join them.'
'I have played in the Ghana Premier League for close to six years and I believe I have the quality and the experienced to win laurels for the club.
'I know for the past seven years the club have failed to win the league title, but I'm optimistic the upcoming season will be different,' he added.
Otoo becomes Hearts of Oak fourth signing, after Henry Lamptey, Ben Mensah and Malik Akowuah.
