Enoch Adu Kofi played his first match for Ghana's senior national team on Tuesday in the friendly against South Africa which ended 1-1.
The Malmo FF midfielder replaced striker Majeed Waris on 70 minutes at the Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban.
Adu has been knocking on the doors of the national for some time with some consistent displays for his club side.
He was making a return to the team for the first after he was axed from the preliminary squad for the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations.
