Midfielder Dennis Tetteh will not be available for the Ghana U20 team for their crucial African Youth Championship qualifier against Gabon due to injury.
The Berekum Chelsea player has left the Black Satellites' camp after complaining of pains in his leg.
It is unclear the severity of the midfielder's injury but will definitely not be relied upon for the first leg of the final qualifier against Gabon on August 17 in Accra.
Ghana hope to make a second successive appearance at the African Youth Championships next year in Senegal after coming second in the last edition staged in Libya.
