The Ghana Cycling Association has fixed Thursday, December three through to the seventh as dates for this year's Tour Du Ghana.
The five-day event features seven teams, three from Ghana and one each from Togo, Benin, Cote D'Ivoire and Burkina Faso. Mr Francis Kpesenu, Secretary General of the Association told the GNA Sports in Accra that the event starts from Accra through Mankesim, Cape Coast, Tarkoradi, Kumasi, Koforidua and back to Accra.
Pepsi, Bic, Wooden, Wienco, Novotel and Gemenin Life Insurance Compnay (GLICO) are sponsoring the event. Mr Kpesenu called for support from the regional policed commanders.
