Heart of Lions say former coach Paa Kwesi Fabin can apply for a job if he wishes but he cannot guarantee him a stroll in the park return.
Fabin was told to proceed on leave by Asante Kotoko last month after a poor run of form in the Glo Premier League.
Reports have linked him to a return to the Kpando-based side where his performance earned him the coach of the Year.
"We don't have a problem with Paa Kwesi. He can re-apply again but it will be dependent on management and the technical team if they still want him back. Myself as the CEO I cannot take that decision," Chief Executive Desmond Frimpong Manso told the All Sports newspaper.
Fabin insists he will not return to Asante Kotoko even if he's called back.
