Asante Kotoko have signed striker Samad Oppong from city rivals in a deal reported to be in a region of 45,000 Ghana cedis.
Oppong scored 12 goals to emerge second joint top scorer in the just ended Glo Premier League season.
Kotoko want to fortify their the attacking force for next year's Caf Champions League qualifiers and compete for the league title.
