Harrison Afful Black Stars defender Harrison Afful is set to embark on another search for a club abroad after an unsuccessful stint in Sweden last month.
The 21-year-old played in some friendly matches for Helsingborg but could not firm up a deal.
He is currently nursing a hamstring injury and will begin training with his club Gomoa Fetteh Feyenoord.
The left-back has been unattached since his one-year loan deal with local side Asante Kotoko ended in May this year.
Afful has promised to settle with a European side hopefully during the January transfer window.
"The impression is that I failed but there are more things the public is not aware of but they will pass comments because I don't have a club," Afful told Ghanasoccernet.com
"At Helsingborg, they liked me but the head coach was not available to see me and also I had an injury.
"What I have to do is to begin training again and look ahead to January for a better deal. I'm still patient and I'm praying for luck."
