QPR youngster Shabazz Baidoo, who has not figured for the Rs this season, has had his contract terminated by mutual consent.
The 19-year-old made 33 appearances for Rangers, scoring three goals, but he has not played this season and was farmed out on loan to Gillingham late last year.
The Arsenal academy product, who made headlines with a last-gasp equaliser against Leeds at the start of the 2006/07 season, has now signed a deal until the end of the season with League Two strugglers Dagenham.
