The behind-closed-doors encounter will be played at the Stadion Miejskiego Klubu Sportowego Górnik Wałbrzych, with kick-off scheduled for 12:00 GMT.
The friendly comes after Ghana opened their pre-tournament campaign with an emphatic 4-0 victory over Polish side Ślęza Wrocław in Wrocław.
