Asante Kotoko sign Cameroon forward Nsoh on two-year deal

Asante Kotoko have completed the signing of Cameroonian forward Solomon Nsoh Asaah on a two-year contract after the 21-year-old successfully passed his medical examination.

The Ghana Premier League side announced the arrival of the promising attacker from Cameroonian club As Fortuna as they continue preparations for the 2026-27 season.

Nsoh joins Kotoko after an impressive campaign in which he scored nine goals and provided three assists in 17 appearances for As Fortuna.

The forward has also represented Cameroon at Under-20 level and was recently called up to the country's Under-23 squad.

Primarily deployed as a centre-forward, Nsoh is capable of playing on either flank, providing additional attacking options for Kotoko ahead of the new campaign.

Speaking after completing the move, Nsoh said he was eager to begin the next chapter of his career in Ghana.

"This is an important step in my career as I am still young. However, age is irrelevant if one is capable. The coach has a plan regarding our playing style and I believe I have adapted well and am ready for the season," he said.

The Cameroonian will wear the number 23 shirt during the 2026-27 season.

Kotoko will begin their 2026-27 Ghana Premier League campaign with an away fixture against newly promoted Debibi United as they aim to challenge for domestic honours.
