Liverpool legend Steve McManaman has heaped praise on Ghanaian striker Antoine Semenyo, calling him an exceptional talent.
The 24-year-old has been in outstanding form for A.F.C. Bournemouth this season.
Semenyo played a key role in Bournemouth’s dominant 4-1 victory over Newcastle United on Saturday, ending the Magpies’ nine-match unbeaten run at St. James' Park.
McManaman, speaking on Premier League Production, commended the striker’s all-around ability.
"Semenyo is an excellent player. He scores goals, creates chances and also assists as well," the Real Madrid legend said on Premier League Production.
"He has developed and become a very good player for Bournemouth," he added.
With seven goals to his name so far this season, Semenyo will be looking to maintain his impressive form when Bournemouth face a tough challenge against Nottingham Forest at the Vitality Stadium next Saturday.
