Ghana concluded their CAF Beach Soccer Africa Cup of Nations Egypt 2024 campaign on a high on Tuesday, 22 October after they easily brushed aside Tanzania 10-3 in Hurghada.
This was the final Group A match for both sides who bowed out of the competition following their two respective losses against hosts Egypt and Morocco who have both advanced to the semi-finals of the competition.
The 13-goal thriller was a one-sided affair dominated by the Ghanaians who were much more clinical than their counterparts who only managed to put three past a ruthless Ghana side.
This was the third appearance for Ghana in the finals after their 2025 and 2016 appearances which both ended in the group stages.
Equally for the Tanzanians, this was a third showing at the continental finals.
Their 2018 and 2021 campaigns also ended in the group stages.
