Black Stars coach, Otto Addo beleives his side can still qualify for the 2025 Africa Cup Nations (AFCON) tournament despite their poor start.
Ghana after two games into the qualifying series sits 3rd with just a point in Group F.
The four-time African champions opened their qualifiers with a 1-0 defeat against Angola at the Baba Yara Stadium last week Thursday before a 1-1 draw against Niger on Monday at the Stade Municipal de Berkane.
Speaking in a post-match interview, a disappointed coach Otto Addo admitted that his side faces a tough challenge but cautioned his side to improve.
“So it's still possible but we have to improve, we have to improve much. We have to improve to use our chances and also to defend better in detail and to learn our lessons.
"Like I said, the goals are too cheap and we have to grow from this we have to learn from this. This is even more than a wake-up call,” he added.
The Black Stars will take on Kwesi Appiah's Sudan in a doubleheader in October.
