Ghana’s biggest football enemy and Uruguay forward, Luiz Suarez has threatened to do what he does best to stop Ghana’s progress in another FIFA World Cup.
He said he and the entire Uruguay squad see their last Group H fixture against Ghana as a do-or-die affair, a must-win to secure their knockout stage bid.
According to him, his outfit will put their lives and souls on the line to make sure Ghana is eliminated from the tournament.
He said they have beaten Ghana and for that matter, they know how to beat the Black Stars again.
"We have one point, and the final match against Ghana is do and die. We have no option than to win to make our fans happy.
"We are going to put our lives and souls into this last match; Ghana is a good team, but we know them; we have beaten them before, and we know how to beat them again," he threatened in an interview.
Speaking about how they will manage to beat Ghana, he said, "We have watched their video clips, and they have a porous defense. We will use that to beat them."
Suarez’s warnings remind Ghanaians of bitterness in the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa, where he handpicked a ball from the goal poles and denied Ghana a chance to become the first African country to make it to the semi-final stage.

A repeat of the historic match, though a group stage match, is a must-win for each side, especially the South Americans, as they only have a point while the Black Stars have three points.
Scheduled for 15:00 GMT, the game will take place at the Al Janoub Sports Stadium on Friday, December 2.
