Ghanaian midfielder Cletus Nombil has secured promotion with Israeli Premier League side Hapoel Jerusalem FC to topflight football after a 2-0 win over Sektzia Nes Tziona in their final league game.
Hapoel Jerusalem FC finished the season on second place in the promotion league log with 62 points.
Nombil played a pivotal role in Hapoel Jerusalem FC season's campaign, making 29 appearances for the club in the Israeli Liga Leumit.
The young defensive midfielder provided three assists for Hapoel Jerusalem FC in his debut season.
Nombil joined the Israeli Liga Leumit side on a season-long loan deal with an option to purchase from Ghana Premier League side Dreams FC last year.
