Ghana Premier League giants, Asante Kotoko will host Kumasi Ebony in a friendly encounter on Saturday, March 20, 2021.
This has been announced by the club on Friday and will help the technical handlers of the club to assess players ahead of the commencement of the second round of the 2020/2021 football season.
Kick-off for the friendly match scheduled to be played tomorrow has been set at 09:00GMT.
Sources have revealed that coach Johnson Smith plans to play new strikers Solomon Sarfo Taylor and Kumi Francis in the game to have an idea of their match fitness.
Players who could not play regularly in the first round of the Ghana Premier League season will also have the chance to play to prove why they deserve to earn more minutes.
Asante Kotoko at the end of the first round of the league campaign sits fourth on the table and with a match to spare.
They believe they have a good chance to win the league at the end of the season and hence want to have a strong team for the second round that will start in April.
