U-20 Afcon: Issahaku Abdul Fatawu named Most Valuable Player of the tournament

Ghana midfielder Issahaku Abdul Fatawu has been named the Most Valuable Player of the just concluded 2021 CAF U20 Cup of Nations.

The 16-year-old midfielder was singled out as the tournament's poster boy with his impressive performance

The Steadfast FC player scored two goals, including a monstrous centre-to-goal in Ghana’s opening game against Tanzania.

He gained global attention when he scored a Puskas Award contender in Ghana's 4-0 win over Tanzania in their opener.

Ghana beat Uganda 2-0 in the final to clinch their 4th title.
