U-20 AFCON: Mauritania referee Abdelaziz appointed to handle Ghana’s clash against Morocco

CAF has appointed Mauritania referee Abdelaziz Bouh as the lead official for the match between the Ghana U-20 team and the Morocco U-20 team on Friday in the Total U-20 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament.

Nicknamed the Black Satellites, the West Africa country will lock horns with the side from North Africa to battle for a win in hopes of securing early qualification to the knockout stage of the U-20 AFCON.

Ahead of what will be a tough encounter, CAF has appointed the match officials that will be responsible for upholding the rules of the game.

Mauritania’s Abdelaziz Bouh will play the role of the centre referee while receiving support from compatriot Hamedine Diba as the Assistant line I and Aymen Ismail from Tunisia as the Assistant line II.

Libya referee Mutaz A. Ibrahim has been appointed as the fourth official and will be on the touchlines with Cheikh Tidiane Fall from Senegal who has been named the match Commissioner.
