Legon Cities FC winger, Jonah Attuquaye has set his sigh on putting up a good performance this weekend to propel the team to victory in the match against Inter Allies FC.
The two clubs are scheduled to lock horns at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday, January 31, 2021, in a game that will serve as a matchday 11 fixture of the Ghana Premier League season.
Bothered by the position of Legon Cities FC on the standings of the division, winger Jonah Attuquaye has insisted that the upcoming match against Inter Allies is a must-win.
“It’s a must-win for us because where we are on the league log is very bad. We are in the relegation zone and this means the Inter Allies game is a must,” the exciting attacker said in a pre-match interview.
Currently, Legon Cities FC sits 16th on the Ghana Premier League table. If the team is able to defeat bottom-placed Inter Allies, they will be out of the relegation at the end of the matchday.
