Michel Sarpong got a brace for the Phobians whilst Victor Aidoo and Dominic Eshun added one each to secure the win for the club.
Hearts of Oak are currently camping in Cape Coast as they prepare for the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League campaign.
They are scheduled to face Aduana Stars in Dormaa on their first league match.
