Sir, I beg to differ. This is not the way to go. Political parties need people; the party must ensure that no one leaves. Even when a wife is packing and seeking divorce, husbands go on their knees. Not that there are no women out there, "the devil you know is better than the prophet you do not know". A good party leader ensures that no one leaves. Ideally, the current party leadership should have resigned en masse. They lacked the organizational skills to keep the party as a whole. Not until this crop of leaders exit, the NPP can never make progress. I can bet that come 2028, the NPP will at its best garner 35% (mark it in your diary).
