Excuse me to say, Mr. Amoah, but you are speaking like somebody who lacks the clear capacity to think and subsequently tell the truth. NO LOAN is free. Tell the Ghanaian people what the conditions of the loan are and stop seeking to justify such blatant deception and ignorance. Thank you and God bless you.
