Musiliu Akinsanya, the President of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW), widely known as MC Oluomo, has disclosed that he has enrolled in classes to enhance his spoken English.
The transport union boss shared this personal detail while speaking at a political rally held to support President Bola Tinubu’s re-election campaign.
Akinsanya directed his comments at Nollywood actor Adams Kehinde, popularly called Lege Miami, during the event.
Addressing the actor in Yoruba, the NURTW president pointed out that they share a similar struggle with the English language.
Akinsanya stated that neither of them is fluent, but he is making a conscious effort to improve by actively attending lessons.
"Lege, you and I have something in common because my English is also not fluent. We are both not fluent in English. But I’m working on improving my English. I’m now attending lessons."
