BBNaija's Cross Bemoans Street Beggar Culture In Lagos, Shares Robbery Experience

Big Brother Naija star Cross Okonkwo has lamented the growing presence of street beggars in Lagos after alleging that one of them robbed him in the Ikate area of Lekki.

In a video shared on his social media page, he explained that some beggars approached his car while he was in the area.

The reality star explained that one of the men reached into his car and took an item before running away. He said he chased after the alleged robber but could not catch him because the man ran too fast.

Cross expressed frustration over the incident, questioning the government's decision to allow street beggars to operate freely in Lagos. He also raised concerns about security, stating that Nigeria is not safe.

"Federal government, I just got robbed. All these beggars, they were in my window talking to me. I did not refuse the guy and he just ripped off something from my car and ran away."

"Nigeria is not safe. Federal government, what kind of mistake are you guys doing allowing these guys on the street?"

"This Lagos, I don't understand why you guys are allowing these people to be on the street. This is unfair."
