Kira Taiwo, daughter of the late veteran actor Alhaji Taiwo Hassan, popularly known as Ogogo, has announced a 40-day prayer gathering in honour of her father.
She shared the announcement via a poster on her Instagram page, inviting family members, friends, and well-wishers to the prayer session.
The event is scheduled for Friday, October 2, 2026, at 12 noon, and will take place at Asade Agunloye Pavilion Ground, Ilaro-Yewa, Ogun State.
The poster read:
"You are invited to the 40 days prayer for Alh. Al-Hassan Babatunde Taiwo 'Ogogo.'"
The Nigerian Voice recalls that Ogogo passed away on August 23 at the age of 66 after a battle with cancer.
