Mavin Records Disowns Lotanna Harry Over False Representation

Music executive Don Jazzy's record label, Mavin Records, has issued an official disclaimer disowning one Lotanna Harry, who has been parading himself as a representative of the label.

The statement, shared on Mavin's Instagram page on Tuesday, clarified that Lotanna Harry has never been appointed, engaged, authorised, or mandated by the company to act as its agent, representative, intermediary, or authorised person in any capacity.

According to the letter signed by Legal Affairs, Mavin Global, on September 10, 2026, the company stated that it does not know or recognise any authorised business relationship with the individual, except as a paid video model engaged on a sub-contract basis who appears in certain select videos.

The label stressed that the individual has no authority to use the company's name, brand, reputation, or business relationships for any purpose.

MAVIN records further warned the public against dealing with or relying on any representation made by him, adding that any such act is unauthorised, false, and expressly disowned.

In an accompanying caption, Mavin Records also issued a public notice, stating:

"It has come to our attention that an individual identifying himself as Lotanna Harry has been presenting himself as a representative of Mavin Records and engaging with members of the public on the Company's behalf. We wish to state clearly that Lotanna Harry is not an employee, agent, or representative of Mavin Records, and is not authorized to conduct business, negotiate deals, sign agreements, or make any commitments on our behalf.

We urge anyone contacted by him in connection with Mavin Records to disregard such communication and desist from further engagement, as it does not carry our authorization. For clarity, any information, offer, or communication not shared through our official platform, @mavinrecords, should not be taken as coming from the Company. We appreciate your attention to this notice."
