Family Announces Temitope Osoba's Burial, Candlelight Tribute

The family of late Nollywood actress Temitope Osoba has announced her burial arrangements, including a service of songs and interment.

According to the funeral programme shared on her official Instagram page, her burial service will take place on August 13 at Saint James' Anglican Church in Iperu Remo, Ogun State, at 10am, followed by interment at the Iperu Remo Cemetery.

Additionally, the dress code for the service is white.

Earlier today, Friends and colleagues announced a candlelight and artiste night in her honour.

The event, tagged 'An Evening of Love, Music & Memories', will hold on Tuesday, August 11, at LTV 8, Blueroof, Ikeja, Lagos, beginning at 5pm.

The Nigerian Voice recalls that the Yoruba actress passed away on Tuesday evening, nearly two years after undergoing breast cancer surgery.

Her death was announced by her colleague Alesh Ola Sanni on Wednesday.

Osoba had first revealed her diagnosis in late 2024, underwent surgery, and later announced she had overcome the disease.

Her passing has sparked an outpouring of grief from fans and colleagues across social media.
