Nollywood actress Uche Nnanna is presently in her home town in Arochukwu local government area of Abia state to give her late father a befitting burial. The actress who lost her father, Chief Vincent Okoroafor Nnanna on Sunday, 22nd of June, 2014, has announced the burial arrangement of her late father.
According to the actress, her father didn't come to her wedding which took place last month, few weeks after the wedding he died.
“With gratitude to God, for a life well spent, we the family of Chief Nnanna Udo, umuye Ihechiowa announce the burial activities of our Son, Brother, Husband, Father, Uncle, in-law, and Grand Father whose glorious exit occurred on the 22nd of June, 2014 as follows: DATE: WEDNESDAY, 23RD JULY, 2014, Service of Songs at his residence in Ugwu akama Umuye, Ihechiowa. TIME: 5pm-7PM THURSDAY 24th- 7pm- Documentary on the Life and Times of our Conqueror – THE PACE SETTER! FRIDAY 25TH JULY, 2014: 7AM”
“Body leaves Mercy Catholic Hospital to Eziukwu, Ebem Umuye where he will be received by his kinsmen in his father's house. 7.45am- Body is received by HRH Eze Livinus O. Okoro, the Ezeukwu 1 of Ukanyigi Edegiri 8.20AM- Body arrives the palace of Ochioha 11 of Ihechiowa, HRM Eze Okereke Otusi Otegbu Obasi Ugo 11 of Ihechiowa. 8.45am- Body is received by HRH Eze Chinyere Nnanna Okereke, CHINYERE UGO 1 of ogige Ihe 9.00 am- Body is laid in state at his residence at Ugwu Akama Umuye 10am: Requiem Mass by the St Mulumbas Catholic Church Ihechiowa in his compound 1.0PM: INTERNMENT at his residence. SUNDAY: mass at St. Mulumbas parish Iherchiowa at 10am prompt. May his gently soul rest in perfect peace, Amen
