Pastor Bismark Efe,the eldest son of the late veteran Nollywood actor,Sam Loco Efe,who passed on in August 2011,at a movie location in Owerri, the Imo state capital,is now one of the big boys in Benin City,Edo State capital.
The economy and status of the Bible College lecturer has improved since after the death and burial of his late actor father.
Just before the commencement of the burial of the late Sam Loco which was attended a galaxy of Nollywood super stars in the weekend of October 21st-23rd 2011,his eldest son,Pastor Bismarck Nosa Efe,who used to jump okada, was seen behind the wheels of a gold colored Mercedes Benz ML Jeep, which he also used all through the burial ceremony.
Many who saw him then thought someone may have given him the jeep to enable him do the running around for the burial ceremony with ease, while others insinuated that the guy may have helped himself with the Mercedes Benz ML with proceeds from the burial funds as it was reported that some millions of naira rolled in Edo,Imo and Akwa-Ibom state government;as well as the rumored undisclosed amount of money from the federal government to support the burial of Sam Loco Efe.
Nearly five months after the burial of the late thespian in Benin City his place of origin, his eldest son Bismarck,is still cruising around with the Mercedes Benz ML, and this has made a lot of people to believe that he actually acquired the ML Jeep for himself.
Moreover, those who knew the late actor's son before his father's burial insist that his status has improved as he is now one of the big boys in town, even though he is not making any noise about it;but it can be easily noticed in his appearance and the confidence he now exudes that his better days are here.
Last weekend Bismarck was spotted behind the wheel of the gold colored Mercedes Benz ML,along Ihama Road,GRA,Benin City, looking calm and refreshed;an evidence that the young man has arrived.
It could be recalled that Bismarck Sam Loco Efe came into lime light during the preparation for his late father's burial in 2011,especially during the purpoted crisis between him and the Segun Arinze led Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN),over who takes charge of the burial funds, which according to reports Bismarck won.
