Don’t Keep Silent Or Withdraw In Your Crises Moments

Feature Article Dont Keep Silent Or Withdraw In Your Crises Moments
MAR 8, 2020 LISTEN

Life as I define it, is Living In Full Experiences and it suggests that it won't always be a smooth ride.

We all at a point in time hit rocks, climb mountains, swim across oceans, walk through mud, wonder on the wilderness, seek for an oasis on the desert, etc of life.

There is a reason we have one mouth, two eyes, and two ears, this is to allow us to grant people audience when they seek our hearing.

Never allow the turbulence of life keep you muted and shut. Many times the worse things that come to mind is all because we have drained our brains, blocked possibility thinking, sentence ourselves into self-imprisonment.

Many times when we say talk to someone, we don't mean you do so for instant results, solution, gain etc but rather to stimulate the brain to think anew by sharing the blockade of what is troubling you.

You cause the brain to break from the cycle of thinking about the same thing repetitively that enforces what ever negative situation or feeling or fear that is growing.

Be rest assured that the moment you are in and thinking all is lost isn't the end of life. Believe me, there is nothing new under the sun so don't harm yourself.

Yes we think of shame, stigma, stereotyping, disappointment, withdrawal, name-calling etc but LIFE is the best gift that turns things around and awaken us to opened doors or opportunities our challenge clouded our mind off it.

Don't keep silent, don't keep to yourself, don't withdraw etc but find someone to confide in.

Some who isn't really gonna provide advise, but just gonna listen and share in your pain.

Note, if the person in pain do not seek advise don't provide one. Again allow the person pour the pain and help to sooth it, then later call again to see if your can share thoughts

Don't stay silent, don't do anything to harm yourself, don't revenge on others, don't abuse yourself or others.

You are never alone, nor first and last to be experiencing the toughness of life.

Talk to someone in the season of your wilderness.
