The Chief executive officer of embattled Menzgold is set to address the public on the state of affairs of his companies in the hope of outlining resolutions to the MenzGold issues and other related matters.
Customers of his company Menzgold, whose investments are locked with the company have been waiting for news on the way forward since his arrival in the country last month.
Nana Appiah Mensah is currently on bail in Ghana and facing charges of two counts of abetment to defraud by false pretense and two counts of abetment to carry out banking business without licence, contrary to Section 6 (1) of the Banks and Specialised Deposit-taking Institutions Act, 2016 (Act 930) following his return to the country after emerging victorious in a fraud case brought against him by a Dubai company known as Horizon Diamonds.
In a statement published on his Instagram account, Nana Appiah Mensah wrote:
"I would address the press on the 19th August,19, regarding the state of affairs of our companies, with final resolutions towards all pending matters geared towards a highly possible rebound soon. Stay tuned to Zylofon fm & tv for updates.#Ghanashallprosper🇬🇭."
