Who is Wendy Shay? Ebony Reigns cheap imitation

This girl should be singing gospel, instead she's here wasting our time with mediocre dance moves and a phoney bad girl personality. Her only good songs are Masakra and Psalm 35. Masakra was helped by the male singer with the beautiful voice. Psalm 35 was saved by Kwame Eugene and Sakordie's input. Her other songs are inconsequential and lack musicality. Her fashion choices are a bad copy of Ebony Reigns style.

I'm getting tired of her being praised for posing like Ebony Reigns, acting like her, pretending to be her and talking like her. It's sad that a photocopy is now Ghana's hottest female artist. She's performing everywhere and getting good views for what? Anyway it's how Tiwa Savage makes money by being mediocre Beyoncé. Wendy Shay joins the likes of Mzvee, Eazzy, AK songstress, Adina and a few others, who make diluted music. Think, you know who they are. When will singers of stature like Eshun, Reina and Dhat Gyal have their day.

Wendy Shay is arrogant for reasons that are unknown to me, apart from having a well sculpted body( from her workouts in the gym she displays on social media) and an ordinary looking face. The ability to copy and sing half heartedly is not talent. The ability to clumsily dance is also not a mark of a star. I'm not surprised she got angry and said that's a dumb question, when Mzgee asked her who she is. It's clear Wendy does not know she is, otherwise she wouldn't be letting Bullet turn her into a cheap product.

Whilst Ebony sang intelligent songs about female sexuality, empowerment and had musicality. Wendy sings about sex in a disempowering and soppy fashion. Bedroom commando is the worst song in my opinion, what is this ? " Bedroom commando, fire baby fire, squeeze my tomato, fire baby fire, call you my hero...." the rest translated into English is if you cheat on me, I'll go mad. At least the boy in the video was handsome and she looked nice in her bikini. Otherwise there is nothing sexy about the song.

In Astalavista she's basically telling the man to try harder in bed, because it isn't easy to satisfy her. He should have sex with her morning, afternoon and evening because she really feels him. Even though he can't satisfy her. Another stupid song. The song about men looking at her in that cocktail outfit, maybe because she looks ridiculous, because apart from her bum, which many women carry in Ghana, there's nothing for them to kill themselves about. A Louis V bag is not that attractive. If you're going to copy someone who doesn't like Versace and no like designer, do it well. There's nothing special about this girl. From her hair to her personality everything is fake and boring.

She goes on and on about being a nurse. Those who are well acquainted with Europe know, so many black women there are nurses. You're not special because you're a nurse, it's one of the easiest professions to get into. They beg people to become nurses. The way she's carrying it as a symbol of superiority and uses it to be rude to people is comical. It's shameful Ruff town records are not focusing on talented musicians like Dannyi Beats, Brella and Mz forzon and putting all their resources into Wendy Shay.

I am even more disappointed in Ogee the MC and DJ Shiwawa for pretending Wendy Shay is a match with the late Ebony Reigns. For all their tears DJ Shiwawa, Bullet and Ogee the MC who said he was in love with Ebony Reigns could not shout out the song her father released last week. "Be my driver". Which was much better than Uber driver and not coabout the President of Ghana and former presidents to watching her. Is Wendy not cheap to be bragging about catching the eye of men who are married? Regardless of Bullet's problems with Ebony's father it would have been good for him to support the late stars songs she made before her death, being released.

I seriously hope Wendy will sakra and find her Godgiving talent.
