Opinion To Those Who Make Africa Unworthy, Shame Unto You

A line in Akufo Addo's tweet in reaction to President Donald Trump's ill words to Africa read Trump's language was "extremely unfortunate". Yes it is very unfortnate we Africans are being referred to as such by such a celebrated world leader.

I am sure the normalised evil deeds of corruption, lawlessness, cheat, injustices, bribery etc in most parts of Africa are what the US President consistently refers to as "Africa".

If this is so, then he should not have mince words. Call corruption by her name and evil by evil. The intent of his statement may be true if he was talking about gross injustices in Africa. This would mean he did not package his intention well to the international front. However, if his intention was not so, Mr. Trump may have forgotten that; if you do not have s**thole to ease out s**t, then you are all filled with s**t.

On sober reflections, I realised that, how should one feel insulted if you think you are not what the person is saying? Hence I do not feel Trump's statement is directed at me nor the honourable black citizenry but to those who think and act 'black'; those who honour evil.

Ye who have made black Africa unworthy by your evil deeds, shame unto you.

Apparently, this is a sensitive and good call on us. Do we have to fight back with demonstrations and alliance front condemnation? Not at all. The best revenge we can do is for us to start living by standards that will make whoever shall call Africa by that same unfortunate word or similar in the future be unwise and mentally unsound.

Let anyone call 'Bill Gates' unproductive and the whole world would see that person as insane. This is because Bill Gates is the superb mortal productive man alive now. He is consistently the world's wealthiest.

If Black Africa is the economic hub of the world, Mr. Trump would never tongue-slip to say those words. How about if Africa is the world's donor continent and not a recipient? We would be adored by all race.

We have a huge duty to do as Africa. Please, reader, you have a role to play so do I. Let us build Africa; let us make Africa the greatest.

Today, let us take advantage of the hole and ease out the s**ts of corruption, bribery, injustices, lawlessness and evil from the continent's digestive system. When we have eased out and well, our system will work and function properly and we shall be strong as a continent.

Remember that we ,Africa, feed on a well balanced diet of resources including gold, diamond, bauxite, crude oil, cocoa, coffee, rich vegetation, fertile land etc. Hence, let us ease out the evil we do so that we can feel the good effects of our balanced diet to makes us healthy, composed and stronger.

There is no evil other than sin. Jesus says "Turn away from your sins; For the Kingdom of God is near".

Let us make Africa the greatest.
God bless Africa.
