The Member of Parliament for Weija-Gbawe Constituency who doubles are Deputy Health Minister has upgraded Paradise Hills and C-Conie roads in Upper Weija and Gbawe-Zero respectively to make such roads accessible to humans and vehicles.
The upgrading of the road is part of the ongoing measure by the MP to make major roads in the constituency accessible to open up communities in the constituency for development.
The repair work on the said roads is in response to pressure and concerns raised by constituents who ply such roads on constant basis to get to the destination.

The deplorable nature of the road has existed for a long time with reasons not farfetched. The poor nature of the said roads does not open up the communities to link other parts of the constituency.
“I have long wished to see the above mentioned road graveled or asphalted, but the challenge has to do with sourcing out funds to get that stretch of roads constructed with drains around to prevent flooding along the roads”, she stated. She congratulated the Municipal Chief Executive for Ga South Municipal Assembly, Hon. Joseph Nyarni Stephen for his perfect collaboration to get the roads in the constituency reshaped and leveled to give communities in the constituency a new look.
She cautioned constituents to exercise some restraints as plans are far advanced to ensure that every major road in deplorable state is given a new look so as to open the communities up for investment.
