Kasapreko Company Limited has launched its new purified drinking water called 'Awake' to consolidate its position in the country.

The purified bottled drinking water is produced by the company to quench the thirst of Ghanaians. A percentage of the proceeds would be used to support charity.

Awake Purified Drinking Water highlights Kasapreko's ability to produce award-winning products and deliver its corporate social responsibility across various communities in Ghana.

Kasapreko has created a fund called “One4Life” where a percentage of each bottle sold would be saved for charity.

The first charitable institution identified by the company is the Ghana National Cardiothoracic Centre at Korle Bu.

Kasapreko has pledged, through the One4Life Fund, to pay for surgery and heart transplants for patients with serious heart conditions.

Commenting on the new initiative, Director of Water and Carbonated Soft Drinks (CSDs) at Kasapreko, Eunice Adjei Bonsu said, “For us at Kasapreko we are aware of the needs in our society and we always look for opportunities to make a positive impact in people's lives.

“We are pioneers in the beverage industry in Ghana and our uniqueness has now been extended to the water industry where Awake will serve to improve the lives of people while impacting the communities they live in. Drink Awake and save a life.”
