The cleanest city in Ghana in the eyes of the Ghana Tourist Board? Tweaaaaaaa. Is there civilization in Ghana at all? After 50 years of independence and Ghana is moving backwards than ever before - basic infrastructure, road network and driving behaviours education and good hospitals, sanitation are all virtually on the decline. What planning schemes at all are in place to cope up with the population increase? Enough is enough. Are we so short-sighted?
