FIFA World Cup And Spiritual Predictions Of Scorelines

FIFA World Cup And Spiritual Predictions Of Scorelines
11.06.2014 LISTEN

Before the start of any major football fiesta like the upcoming 2014 world cup in Brazil, many supposed men of God come out to declare what they feel is the counsel or prophetic word of God of the upcoming tournament.

They go ahead to predict or so to say prophesy the eventful winners of the yet to begin tournament. Of course many of them pose as prophets and therefore people are tempted to believe them since prophets are widely known as people with the divine ability and inspiration to accurately declare future happenings.

It would have been a wonderful thing to see their prophecies manifest into reality but unfortunately, this does not seem to be the case in most instances. Bold predictions and prophecies declared for future tournament ends up being false declaration.

The weird and surprising thing is that, some football teams sometimes believe these prophecies of their success in the upcoming tournament and therefore don't really put in all their efforts to train efficiently enough, knowing that they are going to win no matter what.

The logic is, if God has already declared through a prophet that we are winners of the next match, why should we worry ourselves with intense training? Some players are somewhat psychologically affected by the 'good news' prophetic words of their success in tournaments and therefore don't put in their very best effort.

It is very important to advice and appeal to these so called prophets to please spare the black stars of their prophecies and let them have full concentration in camp to participate efficiently and come out successful.

Football is a sport everybody loves and would want their country to win the trophy but one's emotions must not influence him or her to assume the place of a prophet to proclaim false prophecies.

Some of us are tired of hearing prophecies of the outcome of football matches that never materialize into the natural.

As it were, some football players and teams as a whole are psychologically affected by these false prophecies and it could be seen their demeanor and style of play in matches.

There is no need prophesying and predicting outcome of matches and ascribing the spirit of God as the source of your prophecy if you know it's not true.

It's very necessary for people to have a clear mind to enjoy the football fiesta without raising false hopes with fabricated prophecies.

The holy book says that God cannot be mocked; for whatsoever man sows that shall he also reap. Posing as a man of God when you know you aren't is a blasphemy against God and the culprit will definitely receive his reward.

These are times people will be desperate to gain popularity especially through their 'God-given prophecies' which honestly never came from God.

It is only my hope that this time around, people will not turn to gain popularity through this false means of using the name of God to prophesy.
