Ghana striker Prince Tagoe has joined Tunisian giants Club Africain on a two-year deal, GHANAsoccernet.com can exclusively reveal.
The 26-year-old passed a medical on Wednesday night before signing a two-year contract to join the Rades-based club as a free agent.
Tagoe initially rejected a proposed offer from the Tunisian club but made a dramatic u-turn to travel to Tunisia late last week to conclude talks.
The former TSG Hoffenheim striker was said to be weighing up other offers before deciding to join Club Africain.
The former Ghana Premier League top scorer becomes the third Ghanaian signing of Al Ghalia this off-season following the acquisition of Seidu Salifu, Francis Narh and Derrick Mensah.
Tagoe signed as a free agent after the mutual cancelling his contract with Turkish club Bursaspor last month.
The ex Maamobi Midtjylland striker who played for Hearts of Oak has played 36 games for the Black Stars during which period he scored seven goals.
