Exposed!!! Ghanaian Intelligence Operative Selling Ghanaian Passports To Nigerians

Investigations carried out by this paper has revealed that the Secretary to the Deputy Director of Passports at Ghana's passport office in Accra is behind the selling of Ghana's passport to foreigners, especially unscrupulous Nigerians, who use it for various clandestine actives.

The Secretary, called Comfort, does not only jeopardize Ghana's good name and the nation's security through her nefarious activities but also compromises the security of the Mahama government on a daily basis by giving various classified information to one of her henchmen, a dye-in-the wool NPP chap called Opoku, to handle for her.

Findings of our investigations revealed that Comfort, an operative of the Research Department, an outfit responsible for Ghana's foreign intelligence was once posted to Nigeria.

While working there, she met several Nigerians and became their friend. So once back home and now seconded to the Passport office, she has resorted to taking advantage of her position to sell Ghana's passport to Nigerians once they are able to pay the fee of GH¢1,000 which she charges for each passport.

Comfort, known for her arrogance to even her superiors and the very contemptible manner she treats Ghanaians seeking passports has through her activities processed Ghanaian passports for thousands of Nigerian.

These passports are often used for very criminal activities here in Ghana but mostly, abroad. Her work has been made easier because her current boss (Deputy Director of Passports) has just been appointed to the position and needs time to learn the ropes.

While she processes with ease Ghanaian passports for her Nigerian friends and their colleagues, for a fee of GH ¢1,000 per passport, she deliberately frustrates Ghanaians seeking passports till unable to bear it any longer, they pay her to facilitate the easy processing of the passports.

It is here that her henchman, Opoku comes in to do all the ground work to get the passport ready. That was the experience she took an undercover journalist of this paper through before finally giving him a passports. Thanks to her illegal activities, she has made so much money for herself.
