Small pride of lions no match to big heard of buffaloes, what corporate must learn from this?

Many 'victim thinkers' in most corporate always blame their innocence or fate for all the insults or discriminations they suffer in their life. They also admit that they are very stupid and that is why others, especially the boss is taking them for ride in the organization. Quite opposite to the above, some may say that they are very intelligent and hence many are jealous of them. They believe that the jealous to be the root cause of all the problems they endure in the corporate.

How true is the above situation? If we look at it from the situational point of view, the statement may appear true or even can be true. But one needs to look at it from the absolute point of view, only then they will understand the fact clearly. The fact is that, it is not the intelligence or stupidity contributes to the state of affair. When situation differ, a wise would become stupid and a stupid, a wise.

Look at the forest ecosystem. Small pride of lion may not be the right match to a large heard of wild buffaloes. The power and strength of lions depend largely on the numbers. When the number theory is not in its equilibrium, the strength or power becomes null and void. A single lion may get hunted easily by a pack of hyenas. Instances where the buffaloes killing lion is also known.

If the lion were strong, how they can be killed by hyenas or a buffalo? If hyena or a buffalo were weaker than a lion, how they can prey upon a lion? Here lies the secret of nature. None is wise permanently and so is none is unwise permanently. It is not unwise alone are penalized or discriminated even the wise do suffer from the same. When a wise become 'an unwise' or when an 'unwise' become wise, they may suffer or escape from suffering.

Interestingly what is perceived and believed is that a wise is always wise and an unwise is always unwise. This belief system is only the real cause for the problem. No creature on earth is always wise or unwise or in other words, weak or strong permanently.

Whether you are intelligent or stupid, no matter you will suffer. If you accept you are stupid, you will remain stupid and so you will suffer. If you think you are intelligent, the height of your arrogance will make you stupid so you will suffer. Stupid should think he is not stupid always and intelligent should admit that he may go stupid sometime. Stop blaming, stop crying and stop complaining. Learn from nature and be wise and right
