Diverse human species in corporate ecosystem

Diverse human species in corporate ecosystem
26.05.2011 LISTEN

Which continent is rich in wild life? In which continent one can see the highest diversity of species, be it plants or animals? Giving an answer to such question may not be difficult as we know different continents, different ecosystem, more accurately so, the list of different species of animals, be it invertebrates, pieces, amphibians, reptiles, birds or mammals. We also know fairly different species of plants. Even the life in marine ecosystem is also known to a greater extent. The question is that when man knows all these, does he know how many species of humans are there? In which ecosystem/habitat, maximum species of humans live or can be seen?

Has man ever asked such question? Does he know how different species of humans are possible as only one species of human is known –Homo sapiens, may with be some racial differences?

In nature, each species has its own uniqueness and seldom share such properties with any other species of animal.

One need to know that all our speciation science has been done in the matrix of anatomical difference, habit and habitat preference, reproductive ecology and lastly the genetic detailing. As many species of animals and plants are there in the biome, so many species of humans also can be seen. It may be difficult to believe. But this incredible truth is purely based on the behavioural ecology of man and such speciation needs to be classified under 'psycho-taxonomy' of man.

Human classification should be predominantly based on the psychological aspects as his behaviour and the mental temperament and its contradictions, as they are only determining and differentiating him from other fellow being in the ecosystem. By and large, such stamp impressions are relatively permanent for the respective individuals.

The point is which habitat supports maximum species diversity of humans?

None need to doubt, it is corporate ecosystem where you can find maximum species of humans according to the classification of psycho-taxonomy. In corporate world, the survival problem is very high for the employees hence they evolve constantly. Which ever the trait help them to wade through the adversity, prefer to carry such trait and become a unique species. Even these employees move to another industry or in the society as well, love to remain with such unique trait disposing their Unique Species Identity (USI).

The major classifications of various biological forms are based on their ability of the species to synthesize their own food as primary producer and the consumer. The industry act as producer and its employees play the role of consumers. Among consumers, some grow tall like red wood and become a leader and rest prefers to occupy the lover and middle storey and would remain as shade lovers or climbers or sycophants. Within the group, further diversification as predator (killing bosses), food snatchers (grabbing credits of others), cuckoos, ant lions, cormorants, sparrows, hawks, cattle, cats, dogs, parasites, symbiotic, sedentary species (lazy employees), subterranean species (very shy and less known employees), arboreal employees (always remain with impractical ideas and will not have any practical approach), fleas, being a part of the lawn etc.

Most of the adaptations of the employees in the corporate are irreversible and a stereotyped style of functioning can be seen in these people irrespective of the organization they work or be in the society. The irrevocable USI clearly support the merit of psycho-taxonomy and the existence of different species within Homo sapiens. We may have to do and extensive survey in order re-classify and re-speciate the humans.
