Mills Is A Coward!

Sometimes I wonder which beast remote control our elected African leaders in the continent to take a highway decision that wield the potency to terminate poor lives in the continent. Could they be pawns of the Illuminati group? The “all knowing, all powerful families of the Rockefellers, McDonald's, the Li's and the Rothschild's?

Well time will definitely tell someday.
The stance of Ghana's President on the recent Ivory Coast crisis was condemned and applauded by largely well meaning Africans especially the African Group in the UN Security Council who unanimously ostracized the “Military option” of both ECOWAS and the AU bodies.

At least we know from precedent that, Ghana has been instrumental in the formation of the famous Non-aligned Movement during the Cold War era.

Our non-aligned decisions have not been made out of cowardice but rather out of respect for the territorial integrity and sovereignty of another nation.

Why should President Mills chicken out of his previous decision which is a strong opposition to the “Military option” of both the sub-regional body and the continental body?

Or could it be said that, Mills has received a higher “threat” to his ambition to get a second term in the 2012 election?

I don't know what you are thinking right now, but fact is Mills has shown us of his make-up. Thus, he is not a man of his words. Period!

If the African Group in the UN Security Council which is made up of South Africa, Gambia and Nigeria has ruled out the “Military option”, actually I don't see the “fears” of Mills.

Myjoyonline.com on Wednesday, 19 January, 2011 reported that, “President John Mills says he will back any decision taken by ECOWAS or AU to solve the crisis in Cote d'Ivoire even if it involves military action”.

“This is according to Kenya Prime Minister Raila Odinga who is on a day's visit to Ghana to acquaint himself with Ghana's official position on the troubled West African country”, the report continued.

The reader may see a 100 per cent contradiction with regards to Ghana's initial stand despite President Mills having signed up to the ECOWAS communiqué on Ivory Coast crisis.

I always say and I will reiterate once more that, Ghana under Nkrumah, though a small nation with lesser than 15 million population was the envy of the world due largely to our independent voice, opinions and respect for people all over the world to choose government of their making.

These are the legacies that succeeding governments like the Rawlings, the Kuffour's and the Mills have thrown to the dogs.

We the newer generation must renew our oath of allegiance to the National Pledge and the National Anthem to continue even in the face of losing our lives to fight for the dignity of the poor to a decent livelihood.

This is what the Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, Dr. J B Danquah, the John Mensah Sarbah, the Dr. Kwekyir Aggrey of Ghana and the Martin Luther King Jr., the Malcolm X, the Elijah Mohammed and the Marcus Garvey of the US were known and admired for.

I don't know who benefit when the poor are malnourished and deprived of their daily meal but I know the power-that-be is the greatest benefactor of this crime against humanity.

Let me emphasize, that, if ECOWAS and AU feel they have garnered enough strength to overthrow the sovereignty of a country with impunity we wish them well and they should know this, the good people of Ghana (not our corrupt leaders) and the enlightened and deprived poor masses of Africa will break through the prism of their deception and “butcher them” out of office.

This we shall do till eternity.
