African Gods are evil

African Gods are evil

Student Richard S.: “Mr Heerde, you lecture us that Homo Sapiens was born and raised in Africa, with it, humanity. Over time, black Homo Sapiens travelled the world and eventually became a white man. While the white man jumped from tree to tree, as you provocatively say, black and white Africans built empires with immense wealth, sophisticated governance systems and cultural achievements beyond imagination. Based on their impressive cultures, their sophistication in daily life made them able to develop weapons and combat strategies to take foreign territories outside of Africa by storm. In fact, they could have colonised us Europeans and sold us as slaves around the world.

But, please, I need to understand...what went wrong? I mean, why did they not advance their culture to expand outside the African continent and force their lifestyle onto us? What made them stop, and us move on and on, for us in the end to walk through the opened door and take them under our control?”
I: “A very relevant question, Richard. It leads into moral judgement as much as facts of history. When you compare the development of Africa with the development of Europe and the rest of the world of the white man, you must look behind the obvious gods, trying to come closer and closer to the truth of the matter. Besides Roman and Greek gods, the white man was blessed with monotheistic gods like the Christian and Jewish God, Allah and Buddha or Shintoism in Japan. These are mighty spirits seeking good for man always, even when punishment is needed for correction of wrong behaviour. They will not answer prayers and calls to destroy others out of selfish behaviour, greed and jealousy. These spiritual forces mean good for people.

Unlike African traditional and ancestral gods that mean evil to people. You call on them to destroy others, not to inspire you with good ideas for yourself and the community around you. While the white man invented many things, as religion is a learning system, the black Africans visit their witches and wizards to pull down their neighbours for societies to be kept at a low level for generations under the command of advanced nations. Africans on Fridays or Sundays visit mosques and churches, paying a visit to their mallams afterwards...no contradiction for most!

Look at the level of inventions since African independence in the 1960s. Little comes from Africa, even though they are free to think for themselves. The beauty of inventions is that it all happens in the brain. You ask the brain for an answer, and over time the brain answers your questions...simple as that. Everyone has a brain given for free. The use is the problem...the use to think what?“

Student Richard S.: „But is it not also true that we whites enjoy the mental poverty of Africa, the corruption and mismanagement?”

I: “That is true. A truly liberated and united Africa makes exploitation far more difficult. The explosion of the African population, effects of climate change, especially on food prices, as they will rise seriously, and the minerals going down...we must consider Africa one day to have no minerals anymore... Africans will find it increasingly harder to pay for our goods which we dump there...the benefits of Africa for us will end up in negative territory. Africa will become a burden to us; let´s face it. Our democratic, short-term elected politicians see possibly the problem at the horizon but know during their time in office they cannot solve it rather leave it to future political leaders. By which time the mess has become messy and almost impossible to address.

It is that moment Africa must be prepared to take the historic chance by the horn and take over.
