The Member of Parliament for Ejisu, Lawyer Kwabena Boateng, has demonstrated his commitment to improved healthcare delivery with a GH¢20,000 donation to St. Anthony Ann Catholic Hospital at Donyina in the Ashanti Region.
The donation was made during the hospital’s 70th anniversary celebration, which brought renewed attention to the facility’s longstanding contribution to healthcare delivery and its ongoing efforts to expand its infrastructure.
Lawyer Kwabena Boateng, who honoured an invitation from the hospital to participate in the milestone celebration, said his contribution was aimed at supporting the ongoing block extension project and reaffirming his commitment to making quality healthcare accessible to all.
The GH¢20,000 support is expected to contribute to the hospital’s infrastructure expansion efforts, which are crucial to strengthening its capacity to serve patients from Donyina and neighbouring communities.
The MP’s gesture comes as the hospital celebrates seven decades of service, highlighting the importance of sustained investment in healthcare facilities to improve access to medical services.
His contribution also underscores the role of public officials in supporting institutions that provide essential services to their communities.
As St. Anthony Ann Catholic Hospital celebrates 70 years of healthcare excellence, Kwabena Boateng has added his voice and financial support to the call for stronger healthcare infrastructure and better access to medical care.
