Child FGM is Neither Islamic, nor Conscientious, but Child Abuse and Should be Banned

The cowardly debates about FGM should escalate to bravely debates. Bring the top three to ten Pro FGM in the Gambia or any country on a live debate with the three to ten anti FGM folks. I offer myself to debate anyone who supports FGM or other gender changing on children, not just in Africa but worldwide. Weak or cowardly journalists are giving voices to the pro FGM in cowardly ways, in unchallenged ways. You can forward excuses that for every ten pro FGM articles or xyz, you do publish five anti FGM articles or xyz. I don't care if the reverse numbers happen to be true for your media house. Before publishing anyone on FGM, consider asking for a live debate option. Even if you are a radio station or print media, buy cameras and record the brutal take-down Jarga may do to any who dares debate me. Can we start the debate with : 'may God curse anyone who lies on the debate stage'? If they refuse to debate, then don't publish or publish that debate dodging note to shame them as cowards. We have to look at FGM as a choice that cowardly parents imposed on kids based on fear and assumptions. Every country, especially in Africa, should have an independent institution for child welfare, dealing with things like FGM, mandatory education up to age 18 or 20, etc.

Personal Rights: The rights of a person as an adult versus child are slightly different. I do believe the laws should be written in a way to allow adults to perform FGM on themselves, but children should be protected from 'irreversible' harm. Parents do not own the children, they are simply entrusted to them and the state has the responsibility to contain the potential harm guilty or questionable parents may do.

FGM is Not Islamic: Even most of the pro FGM folks accept FGM is not religious, but cultural. There is a small percentage that may argue on blindly following xyz person, not any solid text to justify it. Whereas myself or the anti FGM folks can quote verses for those who use their minds.

119. "And I will mislead them, and I will entice them, and I will prompt them to slit the ears of cattle, and I will prompt them to alter the creation of God." Whoever takes Satan as a lord, instead of God, has surely suffered a profound loss.

120. He promises them, and he raises their expectations, but Satan promises them nothing but delusions.

In verse 119: 'alter the creation of God' in fear, greed, or arrogance is the right interpretation of this verse, and I believe it includes FGM. When you remove the 'clitoris' or whatever unnecessarily, it is indeed alteration that is harder to repair than skin bleaching. You are almost implying that God made a mistake in creation or is cruel to women of your tribe? Well, if we study the claims of the pro FGM folks, we can vividly see fear and assumptions. They fear without such removal, an intolerable percentage of their teenagers/women will love sex in questionable ways. How many verses forbid us fear and how many Christians or even atheists conquer such fears before hypocritical or xyz Muslims+? The assumptions part is they largely admit a percentage of non-FGM women can control their sex drives, so they are assuming that one or few of their daughters will not be able to self control through teachings, only physical harm (FGM) will work by what percentages? We know some FGM women resort to prostitute lifestyles, so FGM is partly illusions or does not totally work. If 50% of your daughters control themselves through teachings and thinking, you may still assume is thanks to FGM. Chapter 49:12: 'some assumptions (suspicions) can be sinful', but countless Imams think they can assume their daughters may not be able to self control through teachings alone, or they have the right to assume negatively? I quote verses from the Quhr-aahn to oppose child FGM, and they cannot quote Quhr-aahnic verses to support FGM, only cowardly blind following of people.

Tribal Lines: In the Gambia and many countries, some tribes practice FGM and others do not. This is another evidence that it is more about questionable cultural practice. For Example, The Mandigos and Fulanis largely practiced FGM, but not the wollof tribe. However, a rough estimate of over 25% of the Fulanis+ stopped the practice for various reasons. I believe the best of Wollof, the Fulanis, etc must exhort the questionable Fulanis, Mandingos+, to truth, as per ch.103. If I or someone better headed the proposed child welfare independent institution, I could have convinced a big percentage of Gambians to abandoned the practice. You may have a stubborn one or xyz percent that must be punished to stop the harm. You cannot tell me the wollof women are of no good, are more promiscuous by what percentages, are not real Muslims, etc. An independent institution will be much more brave in educating and confronting guilty parents. You will be able to have numbers to report issues and things can be dealt with in better ways than the war against cannabis users. How many pro FGM folks on children oppose adults legally using cannabis?

Conscience demands reciprocal-law and humility that FGM parents lack. They understand children are vulnerable and cannot resist many things. So they want maximal imposition on children before they grow? The law can say: No child under 15, 18, or 20 should undergo FGM or any permanent changes that the medical evidence show it could be harmful during or after a procedure. The law can further say: You can educate your children about the dangers of sex , your illusions on how removing the clitoris may help, how great or stubborn your culture is above conscience, and adults will be allowed to perform it if they so choose to. In most countries of today, we must consider more rights to teenagers, so if a fifteen year old wants to perform FGM on herself, they can apply, go through state counselling including under cameras, and we can legally let her gamble herself. It can be a compromise between the state and questionable parents or teenagers. We need counseling to avoid parents threatening teenagers to do it...

Parental rights: Whereas the debate is largely FGM in Africa and questionable folks like lawyer Mai Fatty was once misleading the public on the grounds of 'parental rights', but he is wrong. Parental rights must have limits and cannot include vivid irreversible harm. Once you sincerely cross borders and use imaginations, then you will realise the state must protect children from questionable parents. Now imagine a weak parent in the u.s with a child and the boy child says: 'I think I am a girl and want genital change'. At least 50% of the crazy Democrats may claim if the child of twelve years wants it, then it should be honored. They are wrong, life is not about want-want-want. Just like we can tell children you have no right to drink alcohol, we can tell children no gender changing until you are mature. Tell them 'you are too young for sex and most sexual matters, focus on education and loving all genders without sex. Crazy boys want girls prematurely, but super crazy boys want to be girls to be pampered and begged by questionable boys? They called them immature except on some sexual matters or hating a whole gender before meeting five percent of the world's cultures or ways? I believe it is wrong for even adults, but a secular state must tolerate much more on questionable personal rights, fight only sins between creatures. Then further imagine: a lesbian couple wanting to change the gender of a child without his or her consent and arguing 'Parental rights'. Mai Fatty and many Muslims will then understand Parental rights must have limits. There is almost no difference between a ten year old African girl forcefully facing FGM and a western girl or boy forcefully undergoing genital changes, because the parents want it. Even a higher percentage of the crazy Democrats will oppose force gender changes on children. Child rights exists and parental rights exists, so the state should not sacrifice the non-voting children to satisfy the voting parents.

The same questionable parents who will resist even advice from the state will expect the state to help if the FGM went wrong, sooner or later. FGM can cost the state millions of dollars, so stoping it is financial wisdom with health and character branches. Yes, protecting the child is the primary reason, not financial savings. I would never want to be born under parents or a state that does not want to recognise child rights exist and certain things can be deferred until adulthood or for God to decide.

Countless parents do not even wait until the first wet dream or menstruation. They want to impose it early, so that the child cannot resist or remember the pain much, or choose separation. If you suggest they wait until the child reaches 18, they assume the child will choose common sense over questionable cultures. You have over thousand tribes that do not have FGM and their women have relative self control, so you can grow from cowardly practices you found just like you expect other tribes to grow from other ills they found. Standards and counterparts are witnesses against you, so repent or state power should punish you before God punishes you much harder.

I seriously believe shameful and cowardly journalists are partly to blame. I demand you call for a live debate or may God proportionately curse you for wasting our time and beyond. I am willing to sacrifice my time for the children, but I do not want to be writing such articles every year or two. Have a debate and let one die on stage due to shame+ . The questionable Imam Fatty who ignored countless wrongs during Yahyah Jammeh was published as a pro FGM and condemning the weak ban of Barrow . I and many others confronted the wrongs of Jammeh more than the questionable imam, who begged and implicitly encouraged many wrongs of Jammeh. Even questionable Yahya Jammeh bravely banned FGM before Barrow, so shame on the Imams+ who are worse than Jammeh. Perhaps, God may help other countries through my writing or reaction, but I prefer much higher help.

Journalists in every country should seriously go beyond their personal families and reporting of sad stories about children. Great journalists must push for an independent institution for child welfare and they can have different mandates through the laws. Recently, I heard or read the Barrow administration talking about ending child marriage in the Gambia. Our definition of children may differ. I think there is a difference between a child, a teenager, and an adult-- and so should be the laws. The Gambia may have teenage marriage, which I am not proud of, but we do not have child marriage to the best of my knowledge. We must not blindly follow the west, the Arabs or anyone, but choose conscience, including learning from others where need be. I think having mandatory education up to age 18 or 20 will help the children much more than trying bits and pieces like 'ending child marriage' to satisfy westerners...

Once we set up the independent institution with well defined mandates, we can end 'child marriage' without unnecessary jailing and questionable sparing. Children will eventually understand 'learn or go to the hard camps'. Parents will understand an independent institution means they cannot appeal to political Barrow, political MPs, or any questionable Imam. Barrow, Tinubu, Mahama, or xyz will be able to say, 'they are an independent institution with clear mandates from parliament...' and the executive cannot stop Jarga or xyz. Both the children and parents will understand the verses 'no parent or child can help each other in evil...' is gradually being realised on earth. If a fifteen year old gets pregnant in the u.s, they do not call it 'child pregnancy' but 'teenage pregnancy'. They may ignore such in the capitalist world or the rich will have abortions or go to private schools. Jarga will send such into special learning camps and teenagers will start to avoid questionable sex much more. Pregnancy should not mean no more education, but we may add months or years to your mandatory education terms.

Although many present marriages result in children. I think our modern world and the state should differentiate marriage from having children. I am of the opinion that teenagers should be advised to stay away from sex and marriage until around age 20, however they should be allowed to marry from age 15. Meaning, marriage will not stop us from demanding mandatory education or any good. If you can marry and have no children until age 18 or 20, then the state or even the child welfare institution should not bother you. It means you reject our recommendations (advice) but you may still be much better than many teenagers. Allowing children or teenagers to have sex and forbidding them marriage is brutal western matriarchal culture. Marriage does not even have to mean staying together, having children, or starting sex. Imagine a seventeen year old denied marriage to an eighteen year old, so they should have sex to criminalise the eighteen year old, or she should play with fifteen year olds and we play blind eyes? I will allow marriage before pregnancy. If you are pregnant and want to marry, you can marry but you must complete your mandatory education. We are wrongly assuming that children and teenagers will rush to marry if legally allowed? I doubt even if one or five percent will marry, but a higher percentage may likely have protected and unprotected sex with emotional toll we may not comprehend. From health and beyond, having the least sexual partners may be much better, and marriage can help in such.

Also all laws must separate virgins from non-virgins. A fifteen year old girl denied marriage and essentially forced to go through countless partners, then denied marriage to one twenty year old, but another twenty year old sleeping with such non-virgins should not be seen as abuse or endless jail terms. What is there to protect when she was begging for sex and the law thinks punishment will help? If another teenager or the so-called victim confirms s/he was not a virgin, then which judge cannot see the brutal nature of the matriarchal west and their students around the world? Do we need a movie of five young male teenagers, brutally sexualized minds, experienced sex with teenagers and have breakups... one turned to drugs, one to alcohol, one lied to countless teenagers to satisfy sexual desires, and one was sexually rescued by a good or questionable adult woman? If you ever break-up, the law or society is encouraging a cry called 'abuse' where it is closer to rescue. Sex is a drug, addictive, but If sex can save us from hard drugs and other ills, then I would rather choose protective sex, preferably through marriage. Considering marriage is a dangerous gamble in many capitalist states, which warnings or terms should we have for teenagers? Do you need a two week course and how many videos and real connections before approval? Emmanuel Macron of France may not be perfect, but is he not better than many of his childhood friends, or how many female teenagers would have brutalised him much more than the wife? I think a course on the 'dangers' of relationships with an older person may not be bad, but true love can certainly exist between huge age gaps.

Some Cultures have their wrongs in over protecting children with things like FGM, but what are the wrongs of religion or the state against children? The religious era saw parents suggesting or imposing marriage on teenagers, or even children in some areas. The states are indifferently gambling children and teenagers with very questionable sexual norms. First they gamble without even recommendations; second they regamble them with fellow teenagers; thirdly, they forbid them good or ok marriage while permitting evil. False protection is real, because non-virgins suffer sexually until they have a solid partner, get marriage, or become a vegan+. I have repeatedly said : 'We must be careful of sexual importing from the west, because they are largely a sexual failure'. It does not mean Africa or others are sexually perfect or cannot learn any good from the west+, but we must not blindly copy their ways either. There is a huge difference between learning and copying.

If I was to reincarnate as a male, I still want good parents, preferably in marriage and not teenage parents. I would love a state that believes in mandatory education more than mandatory military draft after neglecting me or fellow children. I would love both parental and state advice on the dangers of sex and marriage. If you allow teenagers and women to sexualise my mind, and I stubbornly tried addictive sex, then I certainly want much better than masturbation or condemnation to begging teenagers and being forbidden to marry both teenagers and adults. If you insist marrying an adult is too dangerous, then please allow me to marry a fellow teenager and we will try protective sex up to age 20 or higher. Matriarchalism may say no, we want to brutalise you sexually, make you beg for sex, and if you dare force with even butt spanking, we will punish you? How will the worldwide strong culture of cameras I envisioned help versus harm teenagers and adults? Cameras do not lie, but bad laws may mean more unnecessary criminalising of the weak or even good ones.

I strongly support giving teenagers free body cameras, and heavy laws on adults who harass minors or even teenagers , but I do not think non-virgins should have the same or strong protection. I think such will also pressure the teenagers to avoid being non-virgins early, and we will reward them with 25% or xyz of any fine they caught adults on camera. If every teenage girl in the Gambia, Ghana, u.s, etc has body cameras, will Jarga or xyz ask a nice teenager out? However, if a beautiful teenage girl wants me, should I rescue her or be indifferent, allow the lying teenagers+ to abuse her for years? Can I tell her I may not be interested, but want her to marry my teenage nephew? Wow! They make children and childless Jarga have to fight for children more than average or top parents?
