Dear critical reader, do join us to say bravo to Susan Fowler — the incredibly brave and persistent heroine who fought the bad-faith, self-serving, stonewalling, whitewashing, poisoned protective moat of corporate HR — a moat they thought no one could force them to abandon: the compulsory arbitration of accusations of harassment by top-brass male C-suite executives.

Her courage led to the empowering MeToo global phenomenon that swept the world, outing the bad behaviour of predatory, outwardly respectable corporate big guns who, behind the facade of high standards of stellar corporate leadership, were abominable monsters serially harassing female employees on a rolling basis.

Bravo to her for forcing the US Congress to pass the Ending Forced Arbitration of Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment Act of 2022 to protect women.
